Stratos / Bespoke web design

Bespoke web design,
and the system around it.

A website on its own doesn't bring clients. It brings them when it has something to say, when people find it, and when somebody watches what happens next. That's why bespoke web design sits at the centre of four services — and why you rarely need all four.

There are no published packages. Scope and price follow the complexity of the work, the requirements and the business objective, decided after a consultation.

How they connect

The website is the centre. The rest adds traffic and meaning.

Most projects start with the website, because it's the only surface you fully own. The brand identity decides whether it looks credible; the advertising decides whether anyone gets there at all.

That's what tells you which service you need. If you don't have a site yet, running ads is throwing money away. If you have a site but nobody finds it, the site isn't the bottleneck.

The services

Which business problem does it answer?

01 — Website

Web design for small businesses

You don't have a website, or you have one you'd rather not show anyone. You don't want to pay a large sum up front for something that still needs looking after afterwards. Design, development, hosting and maintenance in one fixed monthly fee.

For sole traders and small to medium businesses. Custom design, built from code, not with a page builder.

What follows: if the look isn't settled yet, the identity comes first.

02 — Website

Web development for enterprises

Several decision-makers, existing systems, approval rounds and requirements a template can't meet. Custom development, integrations and a documented handover.

For marketing teams and larger organisations. An agreed schedule and a written proposal.

What follows: after a documented handover, measurement is what tells you it paid off.

03 — Identity

Branding and copywriting

Your business is good but doesn't look it. Logo, colours, typography and the words that say the same thing on every surface — from the website to the invoice.

For new brands and businesses being refreshed. Often worth doing before the website.

What follows: a finished identity is the ground the website is built on.

04 — Advertising

Google and Meta ads management

You have a site but nobody finds it, or you advertise but don't know where the money went. Campaign management with measurement and a report you can read — not monthly screenshots.

Worth it once the site is already convincing. The goal first, the spending second.

What follows: what the measurement shows goes back into the site.

05 — Search

SEO

Advertising stops when the budget runs out. Search does not. Technical fixes, content and local presence, measured monthly — the first measurable movement usually arrives around the third month.

Worth it if you have four months of patience. If you do not, advertise first.

Where next: what search teaches you about intent, advertising uses too.

Combinations

What actually works together?

We're not listing this so you buy more. We're listing it because the wrong order is the most common reason a project produces nothing.

Identity, then website
If you don't have a settled look, the same decisions have to be made while designing the site anyway. In the wrong order you pay for them twice.
Website, then advertising
Advertising buys traffic. If that traffic lands on an unconvincing page, the spending scales up the page's faults.
Website and SEO together
Most of search optimisation is structure, speed and text — free while the site is being built, a rebuild afterwards.
Advertising only
Worth it on its own when you already have a site that measurably works and traffic really is the bottleneck.
Identity only
It happens: the site works, but the brand hasn't kept up with the business. Then the identity is a complete project on its own.

The proposal

How is the quote put together?

There's no price list on this site because an honest one would need so many lines that it would be useless. This is what there is instead.

Understanding the requirement

In writing or in conversation. It establishes what your business does, who your customer is, what exists now, and what you want to achieve.

Scope

That becomes the scope: how many pages, which features, what content, which integrations, who writes the copy, who supplies the images.

Written proposal

You get a price and a schedule for that scope. Anything left out is named as well — so it doesn't surface halfway through.

Go or no go

The proposal isn't a commitment. If the project isn't worth it to you on these terms, it's better to know at the start.

What we can take on

The capabilities behind the four services

This list is about what we can do — not about every project needing all of it.

  • Custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript development, without templates or page builders.
  • Responsive layouts, tested on phone, tablet and desktop.
  • Online shop and ordering flow, where the business needs one.
  • Search optimisation: structure, speed, metadata and copy.
  • Copywriting in Hungarian, English and German.
  • Identity design: logo, colours, typography, application.
  • Managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
  • Measurement and reporting: what produced enquiries and what didn't.
  • Automation and integration where it replaces real manual work.

For non-profits

The Impact Program is a separate route

Not a service and not a discount. A separate application process for non-profits and community initiatives, with its own assessment criteria.

Applying does not mean being selected, and the programme is not the right route for every organisation.

Next step

Not sure which one you need?

That's the most common starting point, and it's exactly what the free consultation is for. After one conversation you'll know what is genuinely worth spending on — even if that turns out to be less than you expected.
