Stratos / Services / Branding

One colour.
One line.
And they think of you.

Brand building from A to Z. You don't get a logo, you get a system: logo, colour world, typefaces, image style and the tone you speak in.

The difference

A logo is a mark.
An identity
is a system.

If all you have is a logo, your business card, your website and your posts easily look like three different companies. An identity, by contrast, is logo, colours, typography and usage rules together — consistent on every surface.

Good service is the baseline, but on its own it's invisible. The brand tells the world you're good before anyone has tried you. With a professional identity you show up on the same level as the big players: you look bigger and more trustworthy than your size.

And all of it in the monthly model, without a large upfront outlay.

An identity works when it's repeatable. So we don't hand over pictures, we hand over rules: which colour goes where, which typeface at what size, and what never changes.

A brand guide comes with it, setting out the correct logo versions, exact colour codes, typefaces and image style rules. So anyone working for you — printers, ad agencies, social media — can use your brand consistently.

The process

Brand building
from A to Z

We don't drop a finished logo in front of you and say “there, that's you now”. The brand is yours, so it's collaborative throughout — the best result appears where your self-knowledge meets our experience.

Getting to know you

Who are your clients, what's your mission, what sets you apart? You don't need to arrive with a finished idea — drawing it out of you is exactly our job.

Directions and decision

We put several concepts on the table, each with its reasoning. We check in at the key points, and your feedback shapes the final direction.

Turning it into a system

The chosen direction becomes a full identity: logo versions, colour codes, typography, image style and a brand guide. Every file is yours, in every format you need.

Rolling it out everywhere

The same team builds the identity and the website and runs the ads, so they aren't separate islands. Visitors get the same experience from the ad through to getting in touch.

You don't have to finish reading before you ask. Tell us your situation and you'll get a specific answer.

The mark

Logo design that
works at thumbnail
size too.

Logo design does not start with drawing. It starts with where the mark will be seen: a profile picture, an invoice, a van, a 16-pixel browser tab.

Discovery

What it has to mean

We work through who it speaks to, what it has to set you apart from, and where it will live. That becomes the brief the logo design is built on — not an argument about taste.

Directions

Three routes, not thirty

We show three developed directions, each in a real setting: on a website, a business card, a social profile. Choosing from thirty sketches is not freedom, it is pressure.

Development

A version for every size

Horizontal, vertical and mark-only versions, for light and dark grounds, with minimum sizes. Logo design is finished when no surface asks you to compromise.

Handover

The source files are yours

Vector sources, exported variants and a short usage guide. The files stay yours, including if you later work with someone else.

Help

Frequently
asked

Can't find your answer? Write to us — we're glad to help.

What exactly does brand building include — do I just get a logo?

Far more than a logo — we build the whole visual identity: logo, colour world, typefaces, image style and the tone you communicate in. The logo is just the most visible piece; the value is that all of it becomes one coherent system people recognise anywhere.

What's the difference between a logo and a complete identity?

A logo is a single mark; an identity is a whole system: logo, colours, typography and usage rules together, consistent on every surface. If all you have is a logo, your business card, website and posts easily look like three separate companies.

I already have an identity — is a redesign worth it, or is building on it enough?

It depends how strong the existing base is. If your logo and colours work well, extending them into a system is often enough. If it's fragmented or dated, a redesign pays off more in the long run. The first step is always an honest review.

How is brand building charged?

Brand building also runs on the monthly model, so you don't pay for a complete identity in one lump. We always clarify the exact terms up front and transparently, with no surprises. In many cases branding can be combined with the website and marketing services.

How long does a full identity take, and what do I need to provide?

Typically a few weeks, depending on how quickly your feedback comes back. What we need from you is to get to know your business: who your clients are, what your mission is, what sets you apart.

Do I get a brand guide covering logo, colour and typeface usage?

Yes — a brand guide is included, setting out the correct logo versions, exact colour codes, typefaces and image style rules. So anyone working for you can use your brand consistently.

Why does deliberate brand building matter for a small company?

Good service is the baseline, but on its own it's invisible — the brand tells the world you're good before anyone has tried you. With a professional identity you appear on the same level as the big players. It isn't a luxury; it's one of the best investments in being the one they choose.

Can I have a say in the creative process, or do you decide?

The brand is yours, so it's collaborative throughout — we don't drop a finished logo in front of you and say “there, that's you now”. We get to know you at the start, check in at the key points, and your feedback shapes the direction.

Will the brand be aligned with my website and my ads?

That's exactly the point: the brand is the thread that ties everything together. The same team builds the identity and the website and runs the ads, so they aren't separate islands. Visitors get the same colours, tone and experience from the ad through to getting in touch.

What happens to the finished identity files — can I use them anywhere?

The finished identity is yours — you receive the files you need in the right formats so you can use them anywhere: in print, on social media, in ads or on your website. We don't hold you hostage with your own brand.
