This project
is personal.
Stratos Web exists so that ambitious brands look ambitious online. This programme, though, started somewhere else entirely.
Our founder created the Impact Program because addiction touched people close to him. Seeing those struggles up close made it clear how vital organisations working in rehabilitation, prevention and mental health are — and how often an outdated website holds them back while they do extraordinary work.
The goal was never simply to build websites. The goal is for these organisations to reach more of the people who need them, and to have more impact than ever.

What we're
building now
FICE's website is being built through the Impact Program right now. The same work and the same standard as any other project — there just isn't an invoice at the end.

This isn't a one-off campaign. Over the coming years we want to build dozens of nonprofit websites and contribute to stronger communities in Hungary.

The limits
What the programme does not include
We state this in advance, because disappointment is worse than rejection. If any of these rules your organisation out, it's better to know now.
Selection is not guaranteed
Applying does not mean the organisation joins the programme. We can work with only a few organisations at a time, so we have to turn down good applications as well.
Not financial support
The programme provides work, not funding. We cannot provide donations, operating support or matching funds for grant applications.
Not unlimited scope
This is a website of a defined scope, which we agree together after the application. Anything beyond that has to be agreed separately.
It doesn't replace the organisation's own work
The content — text, photographs, figures — needs the organisation's involvement. Without it, even the best website stays empty.
Not immediate
Both assessment and delivery take time. If the organisation needs a website by a fixed date, it should say so in the application.
Is it really free?
Yes, entirely. Selected organisations pay nothing. There are no hidden fees, licence costs or obligations. We cover the design, the development and the launch.
Why do you do this?
Because we've seen first hand how vital organisations working in rehabilitation, mental health and child protection are. We have the expertise to help, so we help.
Who can apply?
Nonprofit organisations that create real, measurable social impact and are open to working together. Priority goes to organisations working in recovery, mental health and child protection.
How many organisations do you select?
Only a handful each year. We deliberately keep the number small so every organisation gets our full attention and the highest quality website.
Do you maintain the website?
Every organisation gets initial technical support after launch. Longer-term needs we discuss together during the conversation.
Do you also redesign existing websites?
Of course. Whether you're starting from scratch or replacing an outdated site, we build a modern, professional presence from the ground up.
